The Training Halls are accessible through the portals located in every town temple. Just step into the portal and you'll be teleported to the training area. As for Grizzly Adams — he's the Task Points Shop NPC, not directly related to the Training Halls. You earn task points by completing hunting tasks (accessible from the Tasks menu), and then you can exchange those points with Grizzly Adams for rewards, including Training Tokens. To use your Training Tokens, place them on the token spot inside a training room in the Training Hall, then pull the lever to spawn training dummies. We've also added a new entry in the FAQ page with all the details about the Training Halls and Training Tokens for future reference. Good luck hunting!
