he server is now running a full rate overhaul. The changes are live this very moment — log in and feel the difference.
Experience stages. XP gain is now level-based instead of a flat multiplier. Newer characters ramp fast, endgame stays meaningful:
- Levels 1–30: 5x XP
- Levels 31–60: 4x XP
- Levels 61–100: 3x XP
- Levels 101–150: 2x XP
- Levels 151+: 1x XP
Skills 2x, magic level 1x. Weapon skills (sword, axe, club, distance, shielding, fishing, fist) now train at double speed. Magic level stays at 1x — keeping mlevel a real long-term investment for mages and paladins.
Regeneration 2x. Every vocation now restores double the HP and mana per regen tick. Same vocation feel, faster recovery between fights. Sorcerers in particular get sustained mana while hunting; knights tank longer between potions.
Task rewards finally match what the trade window shows. A long-standing display/grant mismatch has been fixed: the EXP number you see in the Tasks window is now exactly what you receive on completion, and it scales with your level's XP stage. A level 1 character finishing the Rat task now earns 1,000 EXP (was effectively 200). Boss tasks (Orshabaal, Morgaroth, Ferumbras, Ghazbaran) bumped from 200,000 to 500,000 exp. Beginner tier tasks rebalanced so harder hunts (Ghoul, Wild Warrior) pay more than easier ones (Orc, Minotaur).
What this looks like in practice. A fresh character can comfortably hit level 8 in their first session and clear the early Beginner tasks in the same evening. By level 60 the boost eases naturally. The endgame curve from 151+ remains a real grind for those chasing top spots.
All existing characters benefit immediately — no resets, no migrations, just log in and the new rates apply on your next monster kill, skill swing and regen tick. See you in game! |
